Holiday Wishes

From our family to yours, we wish you a very Merry Christmas.
This year has been an eventful one for our family. As most of you know we have moved our family from Washington to Utah because of a job transfer. Our home is still up for sale so
we are living, temporarily, with John's grandma.
Each Holiday season brings new experiences and many memories. Spending time with grandma has been a lot of fun and a great blessing not only for John and I but especially the kids. They love spending time with her and Ashlynn enjoys helping her pick out her clothes. The kids get a kick out of the handicap tag that we get to hang from our mirror when we take grandma places. Ashlynn calls it "the old people tag".
Ashlynn had to do a Christmas Traditions project for school which allowed me to reflect on all our traditions growing up, and the ones our family has now. I'm truly grateful for my family and the closeness we share and will always be central to our holiday activities. But we can't forget the real reason we are able to share these precious moments together. All this joy and thanksgiving comes through Jesus Christ and without him we would be nothing.
Again.... I would like to share my best wishes to all friends and family. Have a Very Merry Christmas!!

Great post. I am love that you can always find the upside in any situation. We are still praying that your "vacation" home sells fast!
