My kids had to visit the dentist a couple weeks ago. My youngest two had some cavities. Taylor had one on each side filled so both sides of her mouth were numb. When she smiled it looked like she just had some plastic surgery done. Brayden had three cavities but they could only fill one. They don't like to numb both sides of the face in a child his age. He will go back this week and have the other side taken care of. Brayden didn't like the numbness very well and he just bit his lip and rubbed his face until it was raw.
This is Brayden's raw face and fat lip. He had a scab for over a week.
Doesn't she look lovely. Her cheeks were numb for about 3 hours.
